Orders below carriage paid values will incur a £15 charge for carriage/administration. Carriage is charged at cost for international deliveries.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

Returns

All damages/incorrect products delivered must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We cannot guarantee a refund/replacement/collection after this length of time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your account, within a certain amount of days.

We cannot refund:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that was incorrectly ordered by the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@inprostationery.com or 020 8252 2981 and we will arrange an exchange.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am – 4.30pm.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order providing it is £50 or above. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
